About us

My name is Pammy Bains. I was born and have lived in the UK with my family and took vacations annually in a few favourite destinations. I always knew I had a keen interest in homes whether working in the industry or just staying in fairly new build homes and vacation villas that were unique exclusive homes with a contemporary feel. I then developed the website PammypropertyUS.com now known as  Pammyspropertiesagency.com, as we visited similar locations frequently and had a number of people ask where we stayed and I had a fabulous but small selection that we had experienced ourselves and resided in.  All pictured on this website.  I thought it would be ideal for like-minded people to enjoy and trust my recommendations in choosing their rental home whilst out in LA or Florida.  I work with realtor Allen Roth, property developer Frances Marques and previously Real Estate contacts at Jeeves Realty Orlando. 

There are so many spectacular places in the world still to see yet I have a few as favourite Los Angeles, California and Reunion Resort, Florida.

Each of these places gives me and my family everything we need , especially my two children who love the sun and always find an area to visit or shop in that suits their lifestyle/ time.  Looking after my vacation needs with my husband’s needs of over 25 years we all explore these locations and are never disappointed. We enjoy the USA and have a love for its diversity of people, the healthy lifestyle that the two cities offer including the beautiful scenic beaches and attractions in these states, there’s always so much to do. Food is of super quality and is always good with the perfect hiking challenge planned too and most of all not forgetting the need for a comfortable luxurious stay in a contemporary vacation home as our top priority for completing our stay.  It makes it a thoroughly enjoyable experience and providing the relaxation so desired.
